Provision Conditions

If your number has been registered in the Kyivstar network for more than 4 full months and the average monthly expenditures connected with the communication services over 4 months, each number at your account automatically becomes a member of the Golden Subscriber Program.

If your personal account holds more than 1 subscriber, average monthly bill is calculated as the average sum of expenditures for all active numbers divided by the number of active numbers.

The Program has 3 levels of servicing depending on the average monthly expenditures:

Working Peculiarities

  • If your personal account holds several numbers, average bill is calculated as the average sum of expenditures for all active numbers over the previous 4 months divided by the number of active numbers at the personal account (including taxes, not including discounts).
  • Program disabling at request is not provided. The program is automatically disabled for a subscriber, if his or her average account over 4 months is less than 100 hrn. The system informs the subscriber of this via SMS.
  • Communication service on credit is provided under the condition that there is no debt at your personal accounts.

Tariffs are specified in hrn. including VAT. Additionally a pension tax is withheld in an amount of 7.5% from the service cost excluding VAT.
