My Kyivstar system allows all subscribers to manage and control their mobile communication expenses and mobile network services online.

  • All you need to use My Kyivstar system is the internet connection and browser.

  • The system reports allow you to trace the longest calls, browse most frequently called numbers, get the information about the most expensive calls and receive reports formed according to different criteria.
  • With the help of the address book located in the system you can see not only numbers of your interlocutors, but also their names which is very convenient while analyzing the expenses.
  • If your phone is lost you can easily restore the entered in My Kyivstar address book numbers.

Mobile application "My Kyivstar" allows to manage expenses and mobile services for all subscribers of Kyivstar network and also "Home Internet" service on-line.

Comfortable, updated application interface makes it easy to manage costs for telecommunications services, activate the available features and apply for participation in promotions, view reports of calls and more.

Tariffication

There are no any subscription and connection fees. The system users pay only for the received information in the Current Month Calls subsection of the Expenses section.

Immediately after the registration the calls information is available for you in the Current Month Calls subsection of the Expenses section for special tariff rate – 1 UAH for each request* regarding the call detalisation. The special rate is valid till the end of current month (starting from the registration day) and one more calendar month as well. After this period the first request during month in the Current Month Calls subsection of the Expenses section is 5 UAH, all the following requests during the same month — 1 UAH per each.

* here and further on the request means to pay for calls detalisation in the Current Month Calls subsection of the Expenses section after the notification that such information provision is to be paid for. The subscriber gets the notification about the calls detalisation fee entering the Expenses section, Current Month Calls subsection.

Please, note:

  • All the tariffs are indicated in UAH incl. VAT. The Pension Fund fee in the amount of 7.5 % of the service cost is additionally charged excluding VAT.
  • Payment for the detailed bill is charged from subscriber’s balance about which the detailed information was provided.
  • Information on previous two days of current month is not available.
  • You get access to the mobile connection expences starting from the day of your registration in the system. The information Icalls detalisation, accruals, reports, etc.) on periods before you registered in My Kyivstar system is not available.

How to Become a System user?

To become the My Kyivstar system user, please, do the following actions:

  • Visit the page my.kyivstar.ua or come to Kyivstar Customer Service Center and take advantage of the information kiosks.
  • Visit the “Registration” section and enter your subscriber number in the format +380ХХХХХХХХХ in the registration form.
  • To register the entered subscriber number please dial the combination *100*88*code# on your phone (the code includes the figures shown in the picture in the “Registration” section).
  • After receiving the information about the registrationrequest acceptance to the number you have specified please click the “Registration” button in the system.
  • If all actions have been done correctly a message with a login and password for the system access will come to the subscriber‘s number you have specified.

Later on you can use the web-version of the system on the page www.my.kyivstar.ua as well as its wap-version at the address wap.my.kyivstar.ua from your mobile phone.

Please, note:

If you have not been using the My Kyivstar self-servicing system for more than 6 months (180 days) your profile will be removed from the system without data preservation.

  • All software and hardware complex was projected and installed using professional and high-quality equipment.

  • If you as the owner of the personal account want to get a single login and password for the information access to all the subscribers’ numbers on one account, please, address to the Kyivstar Service Center to submit the application for access provision. Upon the application processing the login and password will be delivered to the subscriber’s number indicated in the application.If such a number has already been registered in the system and you have the access login and password, you can use these login and password to access the information regarding all the numbers of your personal account.

Later on you can use the web-version of the system on the page www.my.kyivstar.ua as well as its wap-version at the address wap.my.kyivstar.ua from your mobile phone.

Please, note:

After registration you can get information about your calls and costs of prior periods within 1 year (provided that this period room was not serviced on the terms prepaid).
